A committee is defined by having more than one
member, where meetings are held and decisions are made. Written reports of
all monthly activity should be submitted to the
Board of Directors prior to their scheduled monthly meeting.
Standing Committees are a requirement of the Bylaws.

A function is defined as a task performed by one designated
member of the chapter (appointed by the President) which is accomplished
without meetings being held. Reports
are only required as necessary.
